This site is operated by Livio Andrea Acerbo (“ACERBO”). We collect and process only the personal data that is necessary to operate our portfolio, send communications you request, and respond to inbound inquiries. • Usage data: non-identifying analytics such as page views, device type, and approximate region collected through privacy-friendly analytics (Plausible or equivalent).
• Community handles: optional social usernames you share when requesting collaborations.

• Provide updates on new projects, investments, and publications when you opt in.

Data is stored in encrypted systems with strict access controls. We audit tooling regularly, avoid hard-coded secrets, and limit access to personnel who need it to operate the studio.
